Privacy Policy
Alliance Behavioral Healthcare is required to protect the privacy of health information that identifies individuals receiving care through the Alliance Health Plan. This information is called Protected Health Information, or PHI. Alliance must protect health information that we have created or received about an individual’s past, present or future health condition, health care we provide, or payment for health care. We are only allowed to use and disclose health information in certain very specific ways.
