Alliance is soliciting Requests for Information (RFI) from providers or applicants who are offering or willing to offer transportation services to adults discharged from Community Inpatient, Facility Based Crisis (FBC), State Facility, or Alcohol and Drug Detoxification Unit (ADU) to their first appointment post inpatient status in Wake County. The RFI is being issued to identify interested partner(s) to develop and implement a non-emergency medical transportation pilot that ensures quick access to services for adults after a crisis event. Responses to this request are due to Alliance by December 22, 2017 at 5:00pm and should be submitted via email to [email protected] Please request a delivery receipt.
