The First Responder Quality Improvement Project (QIP) is designed to test the quality and timeliness of a provider’s response to their consumer’s crisis situations, in the community if appropriate. Representatives are available 8:30am-5:15pm Monday-Friday to answer provider questions about authorization, billing, claims, enrollment and credentialing, the Alpha Provider Portal or other issues.
