UM JIVA Provider Portal Transition Deadline Approaching – ACTION REQUIRED
Alliance Health will transition to JIVA Provider Portal to receive and process authorization requests for services that will be directly authorized by Alliance effective May 1, 2024. Please note that this change will not impact the service authorization requests that will be managed by our subdelegates such as DME, vision and specialty physical health services such as imaging, complex labs, musculoskeletal, radiation oncology, and some portion of cardiology that will be submitted to WellCare and their subdelegate UM vendors. DMH/DD/SUD Direct Support Professional Survey
The North Carolina Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Use Services (DMH/DD/SUS) is asking North Carolina’s direct support professionals (DSPs) to fill out a short survey, about the issues impacting. The survey can be completed in just a few minutes and the feedback will help shape the design of DMH/DD/SUS’ future DSP workforce development initiatives.
